This editorial, directed by Arthur Lombardo, draws inspiration from the moment of falling in climbing—not as a sign of failure, but as a raw, instinctive act of movement.

What may first appear as collapse is in fact a necessary release—an unfiltered surrender to gravity that makes upward progress possible.

Capturing the suspended tension between resistance and surrender, the series explores the beauty in what we cannot control.

At its core, this project pays tribute to the idea that there is no ascent without descent—that falling, too, is a part of climbing.
