Client: GRAY SHOP
Project: Opening Celebration
Photography, Graphic Design, Clothing
The GRAYSHOP VMD project was designed to integrate the brand’s identity seamlessly throughout the space. Rather than relying solely on product-focused presentation, the concept centered on creating a brand-driven spatial experience, allowing visitors to intuitively understand the ethos and character of GRAYSHOP. Modular furniture was selected to provide flexibility, enabling quick rearrangement depending on the season or product lineup. To highlight the rugged appeal of gear items, scaffolding structures (Ashiba) were incorporated as key visual elements—bringing out the functional, hardware-like aesthetic of the brand. The overall atmosphere was crafted to be clean yet distinctly industrial, evoking a subtle metallic “steel-like” mood that reinforces GRAYSHOP’s core identity: durability, practicality, and functionality.
